Unable to run Backup

Hello,

I was not able to locate the "Backup" option on the ribbon bar.

So, I tried to activate the add in via COM Add-Ins.
But, under Load Behaviour, it says that a runtime error occured during the isntallation of the add-in.

which version have you installed?
Do you use Office 32 or 64 Bit and which version?

Does installing vsto solve the problem?

Hello Thomas,

I am sorry for the incomplete information.
I use Outlook 32-bit.

I uninstalled Outlook Backup Add-in and then installed vsto again.
After that, I reinstalled Outlook Backup Add-in.

It seems to be working perfectly fine now.

could you add some information to help me narrowing down the circumstances?
  • Do you use Office 2010?
  • If yes, which service pack is installed?
  • Have you installed 1.4 or 1.5 of the plugin?
