Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 don't start

Hi,

Outlook 2016 pro (local), windows 10 pro 64 bit

I see BACKUP on Oulook tab but I don't see outlook-files on setup.
Visual studio is installaled.
When close outlook I see a window with

Starting backup...please wait...
Error waiting for OUTLOOK

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\CodePlex\outlookbackupaddin>backupexecutor.exe /backupnow

C:\Program Files (x86)\CodePlex\outlookbackupaddin>Starting backup...please wait...

Error waiting for OUTLOOK

Can you help me ?

Hello,

please check whether you have pst-files for your email accounts. See also:

PST-Files are used for POP3 accounts. IMAP and Exchange store emails on server side
and thus are usually not backed up.
