BACKUP PLUGIN no longer works

Hello,
the path is not wrong. The syntax is usually used for long path or unicode characters.
Do you use Outlook 365 or 2016?
Which version are you using (sub-version 1702 ?)?

Unfortunatelly C# doenst play well with long path syntax.

I couldnt reproduce the usage of long path syntax.
Could you tell me the exact version and language of your Office?
Maybe this would help to narrow down the circumstances.

Meanwhile you can use the todays released version 1.7 which will work with long path syntax.

thanks for your information.
Maybe the desktop version of office in Office 365 is different to the standalone version.
The path looks weird but dont worry.
The notation with \?\ is a valid path for windows. It is just not very common and
some programs and environments like C# dont support it.

I already got a screenshot from another guy with the same issue.
