Access Denied - Problem Fixed - Was Kaspersky Anti virus stopping this

description

Have this great program working on many systems, but several systems have an error when backing up... stating... "access to the path is denied".
Have tried testing with putting pst on Server, local "My documents" and folder called "Service" under the root of C: as shown in attachment.
Same error... any thoughts would greatly be appreciated

Hello,

can you try the following:
1) Disable anti virus and try again. Does it work then?
2) Start ProcMon (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processmonitor.aspx)
and activate "show file system activity" and add a filter to the source directory.
When starting backup, procmon should show whether and why an access was denied
3) Can you copy the file manually from source to destination folder?
