Wont't install 64 Bit then fails to load.

description

I run the OulookBackupAddIn.msi which is allegedly supposed to auto detect 32-bit or 64-bit installation. When I run it it installs in the "c:\Program Files (x86)" folder indicating a 32 bit installation even though I am running the 64-bit version of office 2016 including outlook as well as windows 10.

Once installed and with outlook running When I click on the settings icon for the back up at in I receive a window that says "Error when iterating stores (2): An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service BCMMS.DLL. Be sure of the services correctly installed and configured."

After acknowledging that window I then receive one that says "Error when iterating stores (6): An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service C:\PROGRA~2\COMMON~1\Apple\Internet Services\ all PLZOD.DLL. Be sure the services correctly installed and configured"

Any suggestions?

Hello,
the installation program is 32 Bit so it chooses program files(x86)
The DLL is compiled with "any" flag, so it runs on 64 and 32 Bit.

The error seems not related to 64 Bit. Do you have any iCloud accounts within outlook?
Maybe this thread helps:
