Love the backup tool, this has saved us so much time for our clients that we support!

I have an issue with one install however, When going into the settings for the backup I immediately get the error: MAPI was unable to load the information service BCMMS.DLL

I researched the DLL and it has to do with Business Contact Manager. The client I am working with does not have the manager installed. That would make sense if the same issue happened on other clients without the contact manager installed but the issue does not happen on their pc's. The user is on outlook 2013 win 7 64bit. Otherwise the tool works for them but they just have to click past the error. Any suggestions?

it seems that some office editions ships with BCM.
Do you use a volume licensing?

Please also check which other add ins are loaded:
File --> Options --> AddIns --> Com Addis
